Adult Males (> 19 years) Dosage: Take 2 softgels twice daily with meals. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Each softgel contains:

Saw Palmetto (Serenoa repens) (Berry Extract) 80 mg
(Standardized to contain 85% fatty acids)
Zinc (as Zinc Gluconate) 10 mg
Pumpkin Seed Oil (Cucurbita pepo) 500 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water, carob), Beeswax.
