Adult Dosage: Take 5 tea bags daily. Steep one tea bag in 177-236 mL of water that has just started to boil, for 4-6 minutes. Stir occasionally while steeping.

Ingredient (per 1 tea bag): Pau d’Arco (Lapacho)(Tabebuia heptaphylla inner bark) 2g

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Chai Tea Flavour (ginger root, cinnamon bark, cardamom seeds, cloves, black pepper) and Natural Chocolate Flavour.
