Tri Quinoa Waldorf Salad

Servings: Serves 8


1 cup Romaine hearts, chopped
1 apple, small dice
2 stalks celery, diced
½ cup Tri-Color Quinoa, Organic
½ cup Walnuts, Organic, Raw & Unsalted
½ cup Concord grapes, halved

We’re taking the classic Waldorf salad and adding our own healthy twist with the addition of tri-color quinoa, organic walnuts, Romaine hearts instead of lettuce, and our own NOW® Mayonnaise. The Waldorf salad is a cool and crispy salad that typically features grapes, apples, walnuts, and celery tossed or dressed in mayonnaise and served on lettuce. It’s great as both a side salad and a light meal.


  1. Combine Romaine hearts, apple, celery, tri-color quinoa, walnuts, and Concord grapes in a bowl.
  2. Add mayonnaise and toss until the salad is evenly coated.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
