Lemon & Thyme Gravy

Servings: Serves 4


2 tablespoons Sunflower Oil, Organic
3 tablespoons Gluten Free Flour
2 cups vegetable stock
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3 sprigs thyme
½ teaspoon black pepper

Free of gluten and other common food allergens, this taste-bud-titillating sauce combines savory thyme with fresh lemon juice to create a unique gravy that’s great for adding tons of flavor to your favorite breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes!


  1. Place sunflower oil in pan on medium heat.
  2. Combine with gluten free flour and cook until the flour mixture has browned.
  3. Whisk in vegetable stock, lemon juice, thyme, and black pepper.
  4. Allow for gravy to reach a boil then reduce heat to medium low.
  5. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Serve over savory pancakes and enjoy!
