Green Chia Smoothie

Servings: Serves 4


1 cup organic bananas
1 cup organic kale leaves
¾ cup hemp milk
¾ cup ice
½ cup organic spinach
¼ cup organic avocado
¼ cup Sunflower Seeds, Raw & Unsalted
1 tablespoon White Chia Seed Milled, Organic
1 tablespoon Golden Flax Seed Meal, Organic
2 drops BetterStevia® Liquid, Lemon Twist

A green smoothie is a quick and easy way to get your daily dose of leafy greens, but be careful – just because it’s green, doesn’t always mean it’s healthy!   1. In a blender, combine all smoothie ingredients.
  2. Blend at medium speed until smooth.
