Gluten-Free Vegan Avocado Mayo

1 avocado
¼ cup water
2 tablespoons Avocado Cooking Oil in Plastic Bottle
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper

This egg-free, vegan alternative to ordinary mayonnaise uses an avocado and our premium Avocado Oil to create a smooth and creamy texture just like mayo. This combination of avocado, lemon juice, mustard and more just might have you rethinking your usual choice of mayo.


  1. In a food processor, combine avocado, water, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Slowly drizzle in the avocado oil until vegan mayo has formed.
