Cinnamon Caramel Frappuccino

Servings: 1


For the Frappuccino:
1½ cups unsweetened oat milk
⅔ cup cold brew coffee
⅛ teaspoon salt
To taste Vegan whipped cream

For the caramel sauce:
1 teaspoon cornstarch
2 teaspoons cold-brew coffee
¼ cup unsweetened oat milk
Pinch salt
Pinch cinnamon

  1. For the frappuccino, into ice trays, pour oat milk and freeze overnight, or until frozen.
  2. For the caramel sauce, dissolve cornstarch in coffee. Add mixture to small pot along with 20 drops NOW Real Food Caramel Liquid Monk Fruit, oat milk, salt, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil and whisk for 1 minute until thickened.
  3.  To build frappuccino, add frozen oat milk ice cubes to a blender with coffee and 10 drops of the NOW Real Caramel Liquid Monk Fruit. Blend until creamy.
  4.  Pour into a cup, top with whipped cream, and drizzle with caramel sauce.
