Chocolate Cherry Blondie Cookies

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ cups Coconut Sugar, Organic
1 cup Coconut Infusions™ Non-Dairy Butter Flavor, Organic
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup dried cherries


  1. In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, cream together organic coconut sugar and butter-infused coconut oil until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and organic vanilla extract.
  4. Stir in dry mixture, chocolate chips, and cherries.
  5. Mix until dough forms.
  6. Scoop into 1 inch balls and flatten into discs.
  7. Place 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheet and bake 17 to 19 minutes, until golden brown.
  8. Cool on a rack and enjoy!
