DIRECTIONS
- Heat milk until steaming hot. Pour into a mug or measuring cup and add Pau D’Arco Chai tea bag. Steep for 5 minutes. Remove and discard tea bag. Cool milk for 10 minutes or until just warm.
- Combine oats, Greek yogurt, Manuka honey, cinnamon, sea salt, and milk in a medium bowl.
- Stir well to incorporate honey. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Divide overnight oats between two bowls and top with toppings if desired.
