Beef Stock

4 cups water
2 tablespoons Beef Gelatin Powder

When it comes to food bases it’s tough to beat the versatility and popularity of beef stock. We’re making this beef broth with NOW® Beef Gelatin Powder to increase protein content.


  1. In a stockpot on medium heat combine water with beef gelatin
  2. Whisk continuously until the beef gelatin is fully dissolved
  3. Allow for mixture to come to a boil, reduce to low heat and cook for an additional 10 minutes
  4. Serve warm and enjoy!
