Adult Dosage: Take 1 capsule daily with or before food.

Gymnema Sylvestre Extract (Leaves) (GS4 PLUS®) 400 mg
(standardized to contain 25% Gymnemic Acids)
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Veg Capsule (hypromellose, water), Rice Flour, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Silica.
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have intestinal disorders or symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever, or if you have diabetes or are taking hypoglycemic medication. Transient taste alteration may occur with consumption of this product. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you experience symptoms of hypoglycemia including feelings of anxiety, dizziness, tremor, sweating, nausea or headache.
