Sundried Tomato Sage Pasta

Servings: Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

8 oz. (1 box), cooked Quinoa Spaghetti Pasta, Organic
¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Organic
½ cup sundried tomato, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh sage, finely chopped
½ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon salt

Forget the spaghetti sauce and enjoy a true pasta dish with this easy Sun-Dried Tomato Sage Pasta recipe. Cook your gluten-free quinoa pasta and then sauté everything together for a quick and comforting pasta meal that will become a go-to on nights when a lot of cooking just isn’t in the cards.

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large pan, place extra virgin olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add sundried tomato, sage, pepper, and salt.
  3. Cook for 3 minutes, until sage begins to crisp.
  4. Add pasta to the pan and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
