Head Ease Relief Compress


3 drops Lavender Oil
2 cups warm or cold water

Soothe away the day’s tension with this natural compress that combines peppermint, lavender and chamomile oils.


  1. Mix ingredients together in a glass bowl
  2. Dip in clean washcloth and ring out
  3. Apply to forehead while laying down and repeat as needed

NOTE: Always do a test patch to test skin sensitivity when working with essential oils or oils you are unfamiliar with.
