What are some of the differences found in the various multivitamin formulas NOW offers?
We offer a variety of different multivitamin formulas, some of which are intended to address specific needs, while others are general-use multiples that are suitable for most individuals. For instance, our Special One multiple is a one-pill-a-day product specifically formulated to help minimize the daily consumption of pills.
We offer men’s, women’s and children’s multivitamins, as well as a specialized multivitamin for extremely active males called Men’s Extreme Sports Multi.
In addition, we offer several different delivery forms, including gelatin capsules, vegetable capsules, softgels, veg gels, chewables and liquids. For vegetarians and vegans we manufacture certain formulas without any animal-sourced ingredients.

Liquid Multi Wild Berry Iron Free – our liquid multi formula utilizes brown rice protein as a stabilizing agent for maximum vitamin, mineral and phytonutrient bioavailability
Why do your multi-vitamins contain such small amounts of potassium?
Based on protecting users of certain pharmaceuticals, the FDA has issued regulations that prohibit dietary supplement manufacturers from exceeding 99 mg of potassium in dietary supplements delivered via solid dose forms (i.e., pills). For proper potassium intake, consult a certified nutritionist or your doctor.
Have you done any studies on the disintegration time of your Adam™ multivitamin?
We test our tablets to insure proper disintegration. This special attention is given to tablets because ingredients and hardness are more difficult to control than standard gelatin capsules or vegetable capsules that have more standard, predictable disintegration times.
