Adult Dosage: Take 1 capsule, 1 to 2 times daily with food. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.

(Standardized to contain 40% catechins)
Vitanin C (as Ascorbic Acid) 60 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Veg Capsule (hypromelllose, water), Stearic Acid (vegetable source).
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a liver disorder, iron deficiency or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Stop use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite and consult a health care practitioner. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported (in Canada and internationally).
