The Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada (EDAWN) honored NOW^® with the Manufacturing Excellence ““ Large Company award in the Greater Reno-Sparks Nevada area 7th Annual Industry Awards.

The Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada is a private/public partnership established in 1983. EDAWN is committed to adding quality jobs to the region by recruiting new companies, supporting the success of existing companies, and assisting new forming companies to diversify the economy and have a positive impact on the quality of life in Greater Reno-Sparks.

“From the time we first began operations in Nevada as a distribution center to our Western US customers, followed by choosing the town of Sparks to build our second manufacturing facility, the state of Nevada has been supportive of NOW’s presence in the community and appreciative of the new jobs we brought to the region,” said Jim Emme, NOW CEO. “We’re pleased to be part of the Nevada business community.”

NOW received the EDAWN Leader in Sustainability ““ Large Company award in 2017 and the Company of the Year award in the Large Company category in 2014.
